Bullet points can be a great formatting option for your resume – they are visually appealing, easy to scan and effective at highlighting key information.
Be sure to get the most bang for your bullets by using them the right way. Bulleted information should be relevant to the job you’re applying for and it should be specific (e.g. instead of increased sales use increased sales by 30 percent in 12 months).
