Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for delivering construction projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a project team, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of construction projects
- Develop and manage project budget
- Coordinate and manage the activities of subcontractors and other personnel
- Reviewing plans and specifications to ensure all requirements are met
- Monitor quality control throughout the duration of the project
- Develop and document schedules, milestones, and progress reports
- Make sure the project is compliant with all regulations and codes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Ensure safe work practices and safe environment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with EIT, PE, or LEED certifications
- Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Fire Protection, HVAC, Electrical Distribution, Lighting, Special Systems, and principles, Codes, and Practices
- Extensive job knowledge and experience in construction and CAD operations
- Outstanding leadership, communication, teamwork, planning, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Proven track record of successfully delivered projects
