"Project Managers are responsible for managing electrical, communications, fire alarm and security projects in commercial, educational, government, and industrial facilities, positively representing the company in all client and architect/engineer interactions.
" The PM oversees and communicates project progression from inception to completion including design, permits, material delivery, labor schedules, and field installation.
" Develops a comprehensive project plan to meet schedules and budgets. Participates in monthly Work in Progress meetings.
" Develops construction documents, such as subcontracts, Work Orders, Purchase Orders, Equipment Rental Agreements, Letters of Intent, Subcontract Change Orders, Submittals, Requests for Information (RFI) and Project Billings.
" Understands and follows all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications.
" Conveys a sense of professionalism, fairness, and concern for customers, labor and management.
" Coordinates change orders and drives toward overall margin improvement on every job.
" Assist with the collection of past due BEC issued invoices
" Responsible for the approving of invoices, payments for material and time
" Utilizes Procore Field Productivity Module to manage projects
" Must be willing to work with Prefab and BIM to identify, develop, coordinate and execute Prefab and BIM opportunities.
