Ben di Grazia
Ben di GraziaPresident

Ben di Grazia is an experienced President with a proven track record of success in the staffing and recruiting industry. He has held various roles at CyberCoders, including COO, Director of Operations, VP of Business Operations, and Operations Manager. Before joining CyberCoders, Ben was Vice President in the Southwestern Market at Holman Capital Corporation and a Lead Recruiter at Insight Global while he completed his MBA at University of California, Irvine.

In his current role, Ben is responsible for managing all aspects of CyberCoders' operations and under his leadership, CyberCoders has experienced significant growth in revenue and market share. He has also been instrumental in developing the company's culture of authenticity, innovation, achievement and collaboration.

Paul DiNunzio
Paul DiNunzioChief Financial Officer

Paul DiNunzio is the Chief Financial Officer of CyberCoders. A Hudson Valley native, Paul was an NROTC at the University of Rochester and served as an officer on a nuclear submarine. He graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering and later earned an MBA in Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. Paul has lived in Honolulu, Orlando, Providence, Ann Arbor, Washington, D.C., and Southern California as well as in Lisbon, Portugal. Paul enjoys traveling and has circumnavigated the globe by submarine. He worked for Ford Motor Company for 15 years and has been with CyberCoders for 15 years. At CyberCoders, Paul oversees accounting, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, and more.

Jennifer Brink
Jennifer BrinkVP of Human Resources

Jennifer Brink, our visionary VP of Human Resources at CyberCoders, brings a unique and dynamic background to her role. Jennifer's academic path led her from Pepperdine University, where she completed her undergraduate degree, to the Craig School of Business at Fresno State for her MBA. Her career trajectory is nothing short of impressive, balancing roles at Wells Fargo Financial and managing a restaurant, all while earning her MBA. The transition from business banking to human resources was a pivotal moment in Jennifer's career, fueled by the guidance of a career coach, extensive networking, and the generosity of HR professionals who offered her opportunities to grow - all of which set her on a path that eventually led her to CyberCoders.

Currently, Jennifer oversees Corporate Recruiting, Benefits & HR, leading a team that she proudly describes as fantastic. Her approach to leadership is characterized by a strong focus on partnership, working closely with both CyberCoders and ASGN senior leaders to drive continuous improvement across the organization. Jennifer's commitment to excellence and her ability to inspire those around her have been key factors in her success, making her an integral component of CyberCoders' ongoing growth and development.

Sarah BoutwellVP of Talent & Organizational Development

Sarah Boutwell is the Vice President of Talent & Organizational Development at CyberCoders. She started her career as a credentialed school teacher before transitioning into sales. In 2012, she joined CyberCoders as an Executive Recruiter and was later promoted to the learning and development department. In her current role, she is responsible for supporting the L&D department and helping all CyberCoders team members reach their full potential. She believes that building a strong culture based on authenticity, trust, and community is essential to employee success.

Marissa GonzalesVP of Office Administration

Marissa Gonzales is the Vice President of Office Administration at CyberCoders. She began her career in retail before transitioning to the staffing industry with AppleOne. After eight years in the corporate office at AppleOne, she decided to try her hand in insurance. She joined Northwestern Mutual in 2008, just as the market crashed. Fortunately, she reconnected with an old boss at CyberCoders, and she has been there ever since. At CyberCoders, Marissa oversees a team that provides candidate support, client support, recruiter support, Prize Patrol, and events. She is also the go-to person for anyone who needs help finding an answer or resolving a problem. Her team is responsible for a wide range of tasks, and they are proud to be one of the busiest teams at CyberCoders. However, they always find time to share a laugh.

Paulo Han, our VP, Controller, is a loving husband and father of two. In his free time, he enjoys cycling and has been able to see some amazing places and meet interesting people through the sport. He began his career in the restaurant industry and now works with the finance and accounting team to ensure that CyberCoders' finances are in order. As a leader in the finance department, Paulo is always looking for ways to improve processes and streamline operations. He encourages his team to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to challenges. Paulo strongly believes that a company's success is dependent on its people, and he is dedicated to fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

With over 27 years of full-desk recruiting, sales, and management experience, Chris De Cecco brings a unique perspective to help recruiters prepare for the next step in their careers. Chris leads Sales Enablement, which provides our recruiters with the content and resources they need to successfully engage both candidates and clients throughout the recruiting process. Under Chris' leadership, Sales Enablement has seen tremendous growth, with graduates from his Quarterly Recruiter Program typically increasing their billing by 216% in the 6 months after completion.

Being at CyberCoders since 2010, Aaron's role has matured into that of a player-coach with an emphasis on coaching, where he leads with a philosophy focused on collective success and individual accountability across two divisions and over 100 personnel. His commitment to the development and success of his team is rooted in a culture of fun and continuous growth, embodying the ethos of "No person left behind" and "Rising tides raise all boats." Aaron's dedication to fostering an environment where fun and professional success coexist harmoniously has been instrumental in driving both personal and organizational achievements, making him a pivotal figure in CyberCoders' ongoing success story.

Starting his career with a humble paper round, Howard has cultivated a rich tapestry of interests and skills. Outside the professional realm, Howard is engaged in the art of collecting and savoring red wines, and humorously claims the title of "Dog Whisperer" to his occasionally obstinate dog, Luna. His fascination with understanding the success mentality of top 1% achievers across various fields deeply influences his approach to leadership. At CyberCoders, Howard oversees more than 70 full desk recruiters and managers, driving strategic vision and fostering best practices for full lifecycle sales responsibilities. This role allows him to help his team reach their professional and revenue-generating goals, spanning client prospecting, lead qualification, relationship development, candidate recruiting, and deal closing. What fuels Howard’s passion for his work is the opportunity to mentor and guide individuals and teams towards growth and success, making him an indispensable part of our leadership team with a profound commitment to excellence.

She is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong passion for helping people and businesses succeed. Outside of her professional endeavors, Nitu enjoys exploring her newest hobby and obsession, cooking. She also has a genuine love for animals that shines through in her remarkable ability to pet every dog she encounters. When she's not in the kitchen or showering affection on furry friends, Nitu can be found indulging in her favorite sci-fi TV shows, movies, and books.

Jason KunaVP of Recruiting

Jason Kuna, our VP of Recruiting, comes from sunny Los Angeles, California. Jason's career began at a very young age booking a few acting gigs and winning the California State Champion All-Around Gymnastics title at the age of nine. However, his first “real” job was during his high school years, where he honed his sales skills selling knives to friends and family members (particularly to those who didn't need or want them). Fastforward to today, Jason spends his time whipping up his kids’ favorite meals (mostly steak), spending time outdoors and cheering on the LA Kings as they march, slowly, toward their next Stanley Cup.

At CyberCoders, Jason's innate curiosity and desire to understand the intricacies of life and people fuel his passion for recruitment and leadership. He’s a storyteller and feels that the magic is found within the stories we share, the connections we form, and the life-changing memories we make along the way. Jason cherishes the positive impact he’s had on his clients and candidates for two decades. As a former business owner, Jason values the entrepreneurial spirit at Cybercoders, which empowers him to team up with world-class business partners while helping develop the leaders of tomorrow.

Meet Cody Friend, originally from Mission Viejo, CA, and now thriving in the vibrant city of Nashville, TN. Cody's journey began as a Business Development Representative for a software cybersecurity firm before eventually starting as an Executive Recruiter at CyberCoders. Along the way, Cody discovered a love for making fancy coffee, even perfecting his latte art. When not working, Cody is kept on his toes by his four energetic kids.

With over 15 years of sales experience and a keen eye on market trends, Cody is dedicated to building high-performing teams, streamlining hiring processes, and fostering a culture that attracts and retains top talent.
