Established (30+ Years) Full Services Law Firm Seeking Transactional Attorney (Corporate/Real Estate) in Baltimore, MD
An established full service firm with specialties such as civil, criminal cases, trusts & estates, immigration, and corporate law is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join their growing team in Baltimore. This Attorney will have 5+ years of experience with corporate and/or real estate law.
Offer:
$120,000 - $180,000 salary contingent on experience

Qualifications:
5-8+ years of experience in transactional law, including corporate and/or real estate matters
Experience handling business transactions, commercial contracts, or real estate transactions
Maryland Bar in good standing
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, business agreements, and real estate documents
Advising clients on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactional matters
Managing commercial real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisitions, and financing
Conducting due diligence and managing transactional closings
Collaborating with clients and senior attorneys to provide tailored legal strategies
Staying updated on developments in corporate and real estate law to advise clients effectively
