Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for advocating for injured workers and a proven track record in workers' compensation law.
Key Responsibilities:
-Represent clients in workers' compensation claims, ensuring their rights are protected.
-Conduct thorough legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
-Negotiate settlements and advocate on behalf of clients in hearings and trials.
-Provide clear legal advice and support to clients throughout the claims process.
-Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
-Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
-Active Virginia state bar license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
-Strong analytical and communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
