Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Attorney specializing in Professional Liability to join our legal team. This position will focus on providing expert legal advice, managing litigation, and addressing complex insurance coverage issues related to professional liability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal advice on professional liability matters
Manage and litigate cases related to professional liability claims
Analyze insurance policies and coverage issues
Draft coverage opinions and legal documents
Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant legal issues
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal standards
Support diversity recruitment initiatives within the firm
Lead legal training sessions and workshops for team members
Assist in the development of legal strategies related to insurance coverage
Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion in all aspects of legal practice

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction
Proven experience in corporate law and insurance coverage
Strong background in litigation and legal writing
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion
Experience in cyber insurance and employment practices liability
Ability to conduct thorough legal research and analysis
Strong understanding of law and policy, governance, and legal compliance
Prior experience in legal consulting or support roles
