We are seeking a qualified Audit Manager to join our growing team.
The Audit Manager will play a key role in managing audit engagements, mentoring staff, and ensuring a high level of client service. This position requires someone with technical proficiency, leadership capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex audit issues while maintaining strong client relationships.
Lead and manage audit engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with standards and timely delivery.
Supervise, coach, and mentor audit staff, providing technical guidance and leadership on accounting and auditing matters.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering strategic advice and addressing client needs.
Review and ensure accuracy of financial statements and related disclosures, adhering to applicable accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including audit committees and management, to ensure audit efficiency.
Keep up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes that affect auditing and accounting standards.
Manage audit engagement budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Provide technical expertise on complex accounting issues and resolve client inquiries.
Assist in business development by identifying opportunities to expand client services.
Contribute to internal initiatives, including staff development, process improvement, and quality control efforts.
