Who You Are:

Juris Doctor Degree from an American Bar Association-Accredited Law School
Licensed to Practice Law in Texas
Experience with business formation, corporate governance, business contracts, commercial litigation, commercial real estate, and construction law

What You Will Be Doing?

As a Civil Litigation / Business Attorney you will represent those who are involved in an assortment of disputes, whether between individuals or businesses. The Attorney will be expected to handle a case, from interviewing the potential client through trial. Areas of experience should include business formation and corporate governance, business contracts, commercial litigation, commercial real estate, and construction law.
