Job Title: Commercial Construction Estimator
Location: Wayne, NJ.
Salary: $80k - 160k.
Requirements: 3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience. GC experience in Estimating ground up and fit outs.
Position Overview
The Commercial Construction Estimator is responsible for accurately estimating the costs of commercial construction projects, ensuring that all factors are considered to provide competitive and comprehensive bids. This role involves analyzing project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
We are a leading General Contractor founded in the 1970s. Pipeline includes multiple pre-con budgets for country clubs, office fit-outs warehouse construction and fit-outs as well as new supermarket customer, retail client expansion and electric vehicle project expansion on the east coast.
