Job Title: Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator
Location: Toledo, OH.
Salary: $100k - 200k.
Requirements: Experience on commercial side - metal facades, roofing, architectural metals, sheet metal, Division 7, 8, or 9. If you work in the private sector, that is preferred. Must attend bid opportunities.

Position Overview
The Commercial Roofing Sales Estimator is responsible for evaluating and estimating costs for commercial roofing projects, while also driving sales by building and maintaining client relationships. This role requires a keen understanding of roofing systems and the ability to provide accurate and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate project specifications and requirements to prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate sales opportunities.
Conduct site visits to assess existing roofing conditions and determine project needs.
Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our roofing solutions.
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless transition from sales to project execution.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and competitive pricing to enhance bidding strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an estimator in the roofing industry, specifically in commercial roofing.
Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
In-depth knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Ability to analyze project specifications and requirements to create accurate estimates.
