Corporate Controller

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to oversee our financial operations and provide strategic direction for our international manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy in financial reporting, and the implementation of robust internal controls. This role is critical to supporting our growth and operational efficiency across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the financial operations of the company and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
• Manage the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to provide insights for decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and efficiency in manufacturing operations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation strategies.
• Oversee inventory accounting and tax planning to optimize financial outcomes.
• Support executive management in strategic planning and financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.  Master's or MBA preferred.
• CPA Professional certification preferred.
• 7+ years of professional experience with 3+ years in a financial leadership role, preferably within an international manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and international accounting practices.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Proven ability to implement and maintain effective internal controls and risk management strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with corporate financial compliance and governance requirements.
