Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Employment Litigation Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and litigation, with the ability to effectively represent our clients in employment-related legal disputes. This is a challenging and dynamic role, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of employment litigation matters and make a significant impact on our clients' businesses
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in employment related legal disputes, such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support legal arguments
- Draft legal pleadings, motions, and briefs- Prepare for and attend hearings and trials
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the CA bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing in employment law and litigation
- Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations
- Proven track record of success in litigating employment cases
- Experience with trial and appellate work a plus
