C.J., tell me about a recent, exciting placement story?

After finally pinpointing the perfect candidate for my client, I get a call from my client and my candidate declined the offer. At this point, I felt extremely defeated. Months of hard work thrown down the drain. I just lost my first placement. However, something in me told me not to give up and the next day I went into the office and convinced my client to take another look at a solid candidate that they rejected weeks prior.

Not only did they end up hiring this candidate within a week but also paid him more money than I expected. What was a $135,000 salary turned into a $150,000 salary.
