Meet the lovely Michelle Ko, executive recruiter here at CyberCoders.

She's been part of the CyberCoders family for just over a year now and has already been making waves in the world of recruiting.

Ko is a five foot wonder with a natural talent and tendency to build strong relationships. This coupled with her desire to help people makes her someone you definitely want on your team! Ko ensures close contact with all of her clients and candidates to make sure they're happy in every step of the process.

Michelle, tell us about an awesome recent placement?

They were already working with several local recruiters, but I sent them a holistic fit within a few days. After a process that took a span of a few weeks, my candidate and client both felt that this was a match made in heaven. He’s set to start this month!

Hiring could be incredibly cumbersome and meticulous. Lucky for my clients, my weird self loves  the processes that go into hiring the best people.
