Have you met Rachael Nugent?

Rachael, tell us about an exciting job match you made recently:

I recently placed a Senior Developer in New York, who I found in CyberCoders' extensive database. At first, the candidate wasn't very interested because he wasn’t the biggest fan of leaving his very large global firm and joining a startup.

But after hearing me out, he agreed on an interview. All it took was one conversation with the CTO and the candidate was hooked!

In the end, it all worked out for the best as I got the candidate a significant raise and he was also a perfect match in terms of a culture fit.
