Tell us about an exciting job match you made recently?

I recently made a placement with a newer client that had the position open for over two years prior to putting me on the search. I was able to do this because our technology allows us to make much broader searches than other recruiting firms. Needless to say, the client was ecstatic that I was able to fill this role in under two weeks.

What drives you to go above and beyond?

There is no better feeling than making a placement where both the client and the candidate are happy with my work. This makes it all worthwhile.
