1. Tell us about an exciting job match you made recently?
Working with an early stage start-up that needed help finding employee #5, which is a very critical hire, not to mention that they had previously been trying to find this hire for past 6 months. I immediately found an amazing candidate who touched on everything they were needing, had the right personality, previous start-up and leadership experience, but above all he was an extremely talented FullStack Developer. Fast forward to today, the placement was made - the candidate loves his job and client is super happy. The best sign that you did a good job is when client wants to work with you again, and now we’re back to work as there’s still more roles to fill.
2. What drives you to go above and beyond?
My clients – I have some amazing clients that count on me for their hiring needs, and I simply can’t to let them down.
