So, tell us about a time you've placed a great candidate recently.

Honestly, it is hard to pick just one because every placement is exciting and has its own unique challenges.

In particular, I recently placed a senior software engineer in San Francisco with a largely Venture Capital backed start-up. San Francisco is littered with tech firms that are all vying for engineering talent.

The competition is fierce and after my candidate was done interviewing with my client, he had multiple offers on the table. After a little bit of negotiation on salary and stock options, we were able to get his acceptance and crafted a position that played perfectly into his desires from a career standpoint.
