Tell us about an exciting job match you made recently?
I placed a candidate in his absolute dream job. He was a bit junior for the role, but his educational background was relevant and his technical experience impressive. He came across very well on the phone, so I was confident about pitching his background. He really impressed the hiring managers and landed the job. Not only was it a role in an industry he was very passionate about, he also got a $20,000 raise!
What drives you to go above and beyond?
I take pride in being able to deliver the “unicorn.” The exceptional commissions don’t hurt either :-)
