Tell us about an exciting job match you made recently?

One of my clients has relied on me to fill several Application Security Engineer roles.  Application Security is a highly in-demand skill set and it’s always rewarding finding the expertise they are looking for.  The new role required working with the largest bank in South America and travel to Brazil.  I lined my client up with the exact skill set they were looking for who was also fluent in Portuguese, understood the Brazilian culture and had completed a college mission in Sao Paulo.

What drives you to go above and beyond?

I have the best of both worlds. Recruiting at CyberCoders allows me to feel like I’m running my own business, choosing which jobs to work and pairing up with great companies all over the country.  At the same time, I have an amazing team behind me handling all the details and technology so that I can stay focused on my client’s needs.

What do you think separates CyberCoders from the average recruiting firm?

The best technology, a culture that rewards success, frequent trips to Southern California and great colleagues.

What is your favorite part about being a recruiter?

The constant amazement of being able to find the right person for the right job through a combination of hard-work, world-class technology and great processes.  While many of my colleagues work specific jobs in specific geographies, I really enjoy working a range of positions all across the country.  A lot of my desk is Software Development and Engineers of all types.  But I enjoy mixing in search assignments that involve Marketing, Sales, Finance… Give it to me and I’ll find it.  From Envelope Machine Adjusters to CTO’s!
