We are a strong, healthcare organization opening new clinics every year! Due to our growth we are looking for an IT Project Analyst who can work along side our IT Project Managers to ensure technology projects associated with opening the new clinics are delivered on-time, on-budget, and with the approved scope. You will support the project managers with developing detailed project plans, monitoring milestones, producing status reports, and other project documents.
This is a remote position working east coast hours.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with project managers to ensure project tasks are delivered on time
Help identify and mitigate any schedule and resource constraints
Communicate with Facilities and General Contractors to ensure clinic IT site readiness
Monitor submission and completion of internet circuit installs
Proactively identify and mitigate project risk and issues
Coordinate external vendors and contract resources
Maintain project documentation such as reports and plans
Track device procurement and delivery
Develop and maintain a dynamic issue list
Requirements:
2+ years of experience as a Project Analyst/Coordinator including IT projects
Proven track record of supporting projects to specifications while dealing with challenges such as cross-team dependencies, changing priorities and schedules, and evolving requirements
Relevant work experience in technology with a broad understanding across multiple IT disciplines
Excellent oral and written communications, personal credibility, teamwork, and collaboration
Highly organized, self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team
Comfort in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
Skilled in communication, highly adaptable, and capable of supporting multiple projects and project teams
We offer a base up to $85,000 plus benefits for this position.
