Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee commercial ground-up construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise all phases of construction activities for commercial ground-up projects.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors and labor crews to ensure project timelines are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to provide updates and address concerns.
Implement quality control procedures to maintain high construction standards.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent in commercial construction.
Proven experience managing ground-up construction projects with heavy structural components including pilings and dewatering
Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Familiarity with structural work, pilings, and dewatering is a plus.
Experience in resort or new construction projects is advantageous.
