Industrial/Manufacturing Maintenance Technician

Direct hire/Perm

Shifts available: 1 mid/swing/2nd shift role , 1 overnight/3rd shift role

We are looking to connect with, and to bring on a pair of skilled Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our team in support of our manufacturing operations, as key team members on the Maintenance team.

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment through regular maintenance and repairs, working with the Production and other Maintenance leaders on scheduling preventive and downtime for repairs, and ensuring product/production quality while minimizing any impact on throughput and downtime for both equipment and operators.

We are ideally looking for a well rounded profile, those with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and enhance production efficiency in an industrial/manufacturing setting.

PLEASE NOTE: We have both a 2nd and 3rd shift role open at this time, sorry, no first shifts, but if that is what you are looking for....please email me and I can keep an eye out for a different first shift oppty.

Some of the day to day Responsibilities of the role, will include:

Working to Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment
Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues
Performing repairs on equipment as needed to ensure safe and efficient operation
Implementing and monitoring preventive maintenance programs
Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance practices
Familiarity with PLC and electrical controls
Experience with mechanical systems and automation technology
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Relevant certifications in maintenance or electrical fields are a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
