About:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Who you are:
High school diploma
Technical training is a plus
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions.
What you will be doing:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to address maintenance needs.
Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects.
Monitor and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
