Salary: $110k - $140k
Location: Mon - Fri onsite in Seguin, TX
Requirements: 8+ years of Manufacturing Engineering focused on sheet metal fabrication + 2 years of leadership
Headquartered out of Janesville, WI, we are a custom metal fabrication company that is a nationwide leader in production of fuel tanks, trailers and many other sheet metal based products.
We opened a brand new state of the art 150,000 sq ft location in Seguin TX at the end of 2020. Due to business growth we expanded this location to 250,000 sq ft in 2022. With this growth and high volume of custom builds we have an immediate need for a talented Manufacturing Engineering Manager with deep experience in Metal Fabrication.

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in optimizing manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee the design and implementation of metal fabrication projects while ensuring high-quality standards and efficiency in production.
Compensation: $110 - $140k + 10% bonus
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, minimal OT
