Must haves:
- 10+ years of experience in Manufacturing Operations/Production

- 7+ years of experience in management role overseeing team of 5+

- 5 years of experience with Lean Manufacturing

-Large/fast paced environment overseeing production and manufacturing

Pluses:

- Casting or Aerospace experience
