The Procurement Technology Lead position plays a crucial role in the supply chain and procurement processes of our organization. This role is responsible for managing the entire procure-to-pay cycle, ensuring the timely delivery of materials and services required for our operations. The Materials Management personnel will also be responsible for implementing and maintaining various SaaS and ERP systems to streamline the procurement process. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in supply chain and procurement, along with experience in utilizing SaaS and ERP systems.

What you will do

Manage the entire supply chain and procurement process, from sourcing materials to final delivery
Implement and maintain SaaS and ERP systems to optimize the procure-to-pay cycle
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes
Conduct data analysis to identify areas for process improvement
Oversee system integration and ensure seamless operation of all procurement systems
Develop and maintain user-friendly interfaces for procurement systems
Perform user acceptance testing to ensure the functionality and usability of procurement systems
Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot any issues that arise in procurement processes
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure middleware integration and efficient API usage
Utilize agile and SCRUM methodologies to manage projects and tasks effectively
Create use case models and user stories to guide development and testing processes
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
Conduct testing and develop test plans to ensure the accuracy and functionality of procurement systems
Provide training to users on procurement systems and processes
Supervise and provide leadership to team members

What you will need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in supply chain and procurement
Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
