Location: Austin, TX
Salary: $120k-$160k
Requirement: 5+ years in construction, Commercial, Medical/Healthcare, Clean Room construction experience.

What You Will Be Doing
- Create and maintain a safe job site.
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
- Create & maintain construction schedule, identify and solve problems.
- Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process.
- Organize and direct all self-perform work on site.
- Direct the completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years of Project Manager experience
- Experience with commercial healthcare projects.
- Proven track record of delivering project on time and within budget.
- Experience with scheduling and project management software.
- Ability to coordinate with owner, subs, and all involved parties.
