Job Description:

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
Monitor project progress and identify potential risks
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction project management 3+years
Strong understanding of construction processes and industry standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera)
Experience with commercial construction projects is a must
