We are a Morgan Hill based commercial electrical contractor that has been servicing the Bay area for 30+ years.
We are comprised of 3 division: Construction, Residential, and Commercial/Facility Services.
We are actively growing with a ton of projects in the pipeline and looking to add an experience Electrical Project Manager to our growing team.
What you will be doing:
-Developing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
-Coordination with other engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure the seamless integration of electrical systems
-ensuring compliance with local , state, and federal regulation standards
-Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems
-Maintaining clear and accurate project documentation and records
-Managing and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
-Communicating effectively with client, team members, and other stakeholders to keep the project on track
-performing quality control checks and system validations to ensure the functionality and safety of electrical installations
What you need for this position:
-experience managing commercial electricals project from cradle to grave
-Estimating experience preferred
