We have been providing enterprise-class security systems for over 50 years, leading the way in the development of the magnetic stripe card reader in the mid-1990s, and producing access control software and hardware since the early 70's.

Position Overview:
The Outside Sales Rep will be responsible for overseeing sales activities within a designated region, focusing on the sales of access control, CCTV, video monitoring, and security hardware products. The ideal candidate will be a driven and results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales and a comprehensive understanding of the security industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and objectives
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners within the region
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients within the market
Manage and oversee the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure a strong understanding of products and services and their alignment with market needs
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to upper management
Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the security industry
Strong understanding of access control, CCTV, video monitoring, and security hardware products
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
Willingness to travel within the designated region and attend industry events and conferences
Proficiency in sales and CRM software

Compensation: $97k base / $150k OTE
