Salary: $100k - $150k Base

What You Will Be Doing
The Junior Associate will be responsible for cases within the area of Employment Law. Cases consist of PAGA and Wage & Hour claims, representing both individuals and class actions. The Junior Associate's workload will include taking depositions, attending mediations, trial prep and will require strong writing skills preparing legal documents.
What You Need for this Position
- Employment Law experience representing Plaintiffs is required
- Experience with class action suits highly desired
- Must have CA bar license
- Strong Writing Skills required - must be proficient in the discovery process
- Proficient in Spanish a plus!
