We provide services that cover audit and attest, tax, consulting, business valuation and small business advisory. We provide full-service public accounting services to middle market companies stretching across a wide range of industries and entity types. -Assume primary responsibility for client engagements, including planning, staffing, timing, technical issues and other decisions. Oversee completion of engagements, including identifying and solving problem areas during the engagement, with minimal oversight or assistance
-Conduct thorough engagement audits/reviews/compilations.
-Supervise and mentor Senior Accountants and Staff, including guiding and educating them in technical areas, identifying professional development opportunities and maintaining a respectful team atmosphere.
-Find opportunities to turn acquired technical knowledge into high value-added opportunities for Firm clients.
-Develop, strengthen and grow client relationships through professionalism, responsiveness and service-oriented approach.
-Enhance skills in the industries the Firm focuses on by seeking out and completing training courses.
-Increase office profitability by managing your time and the time of Staff and Senior Accountants efficiently, contributing ideas and adding value.
-Other duties and projects as assigned.

-Strong computer skills, including solid skill in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Excel) and report writing tools.

-Ability to meet internal Firm deadlines (time entry, billing, etc.)
Qualifications
-Active CPA or CPA Candidate
-Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Taxation or Finance
-3-5yrs of Recent Years of Experience Experience within Public Accounting
-Tax Return Prep Experience with S-Corp, Pass Thru Entities, Partnerships & the Individuals
