Job Title: Senior Tax Manager - Partnership Focused
Location: REMOTE - Anywhere in U.S.
Salary: $165K - $265K + Full Benefits + 100% Remote

Requirements
- 10+ Years in Public Accounting
- Active CPA or EA
- 5+ Years of Tax Manager Exp.
- Expertise in Complex Partnership Tax
- Privately Held & Publicly Traded
- Clients with $50 million in Revenue or more
- Experience with Tax Provisions
- Expert with R&D Tax Credits
- Expert in Preparing and Reviewing Partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, Individual, and Trust & Estate Returns
- Experience Training, Mentoring, and Supervising Multi-Person Teams
What You Will Be Doing
- Prepare & Review Complex Tax Returns
- Partnership Heavy - Heavy Multi State
- Client Management - Direct Contact with clients for tax planning, consulting, and identifying tax issues
- Researching Complex Tax Issues
- Prepare and Review Tax Provisions
- Train & Mentor Team of multiple levels of employees
- Managing Multiple Engagements for Multiple Clients at all times
Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000-$265,000
