Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a rockstar Associate Staff Accountant to join our team! This role will perform a broad range of professional accounting functions and work closely with our Finance & Accounting team to oversee company Accounting processes and ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Our commitment is to deliver unparalleled communication and customer service to our clients with streamlined billing and payment methods that make everyone's life a little easier!

The right candidate should be a natural problem-solver with a knack for numbers. We're looking for a high-performing, detail-oriented, team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to think "outside of the box."

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Prepare and oversee the general ledger of important clients within our portfolio
Day-to-day bookkeeping, diary entries and balance sheets
Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Prepare month-end account reconciliations and make adjustments as necessary
Determine where process improvement is needed and implement new policies and procedures to maximize efficiency
Work closely with the Finance & Accounting team and assist with operations as needed

Qualifications:

0-2 years progressive accounting experience
SaaS experience preferred
Proficiency in Excel
Exceptional communication skills
