Position Overview:
Joining their Construction Management team as a traveling site superintendent. The daily field operations of a construction site, such as planning site logistics, ensuring worker safety, updating and maintaining the schedule, enforcing jobsite regulations, upholding professional client relationships, and supervising project completion, fall under the purview of the site superintendent. To provide the greatest possible client experience, the site superintendent must be knowledgeable about all contract terms and uphold efficiency, cleanliness, and order. On the job site, they act as the organization's representative and promptly report any issues or possible disputes to the regional manager or the construction manager. Typically, the Site Superintendent is in charge of fewer and/or smaller construction sites.
