We know public accounting can be a hectic so we do what we can to keep you within the 40-45 hour range year round. As a tax manager for us, you will be tasked with client management and counsel for tax preparation. You will oversee a team of tax associates and help mentor them to grow to the potential that they have. Our associates must be keen with tax planning and research for a range of clients, and have excellent client retention skills. You will also need to be adept at reviewing tax returns, spotting and rectifying mistakes, and ensuring that filing is done properly in a timely manner. Lastly you will need to ensure that all tax planning is implemented properly and within the proper deadlines.

Base Salary: $110,000-$165,000
