Job Title: Vice President of Engineering
Location: Englewood, CO (on-site)
Salary: $160-175K DOE (insurance, time off, 401(k), etc.)
Requirements:
1.) Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
2.) 8+ years manufacturing industry and 5+ years of leadership (director-level or higher) experience.
3.) PEMB manufacturing and detailing experience is HIGHLY preferred.
Based in Colorado, we are a leading pre-engineered metal manufacturer that specializes in designing, engineering, and delivering high-quality steel buildings. Due to recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Vice President of Engineering with PEMB and detailing experience to join our leadership team. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing (or a related field), 8+ years manufacturing industry and 5+ years of leadership (director-level or higher) experience.
The VP of Engineering & Detailing will be responsible for leading the engineering department, overseeing the detailing process, and ensuring the successful execution of manufacturing projects. This role requires a strategic leader who can drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of excellence within the team.
