We are looking for a Litigation Attorney to join our team!
Position Overview:
The Associate Attorney will support the firm's litigation team by handling a variety of cases, including consumer litigation and products liability. The ideal candidate will assist with trial preparation, legal research, and the drafting of pleadings and motions, while also engaging in discovery processes and preparing for depositions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and filing of pleadings and motions.
Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Participate in discovery processes, including document review and depositions.
Provide support during trials and hearings, including drafting trial documents.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to strategize case management and litigation tactics.
Communicate with clients to update them on case progress and gather necessary information.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3+ years of experience in litigation, preferably in consumer litigation and products liability.
Experience with employment law is a plus.
Strong trial experience and familiarity with courtroom procedures.
Proficient in legal research tools and resources.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
