Maintenance Technician

Position Overview

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining the equipment that produces our industry-leading products. What You'll Do

Perform routine maintenance on production equipment, including injection molding machines.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on machinery.
Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems before they occur.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations.
Assist in the installation of new equipment and systems as required.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean working environment.

Must Have's

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and equipment.
Familiarity with electrical systems and mechanical repair techniques.
Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.

Nice To Have's

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
