Position Overview:
We are a premier high-stakes litigation firm based in White Plains, NY. We specialize in complex commercial litigation, white-collar defense, and appellate advocacy. We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Attorney with a strong background in federal judicial clerkships to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional writing abilities and a passion for high-stakes litigation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Assist in the preparation for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies.
- Provide legal counsel and support to clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Previous experience clerking for federal judges is required.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
