Title: Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff)
Location: Tampa, FL or Orlando FL
Salary: $175k + comission, potential to reach $400k DOE

We have offices throughout Florida and are hiring within our Tampa and Orlando offices. Our firm has built a reputation for providing personalized, attentive legal representation across Florida. Due to consistent growth and continued success, we are looking to hire 3 more attorneys with experience in the following: 1. Medical Malpractice 2. Plaintiff Personal Injury (broad/general). 3. Windshield Defect Expertise

Looking for:
- 3-5+ years of experience experience handling bodily injury, and uninsured motorist claims in Florida.
- The ideal candidate will have 1st chair trial experience and a good grasp of the Florida Evidence Code and the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
- experience with depositions, and hearings, mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
- Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.
