Civil Litigation Attorney (2+ Years of Experience)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote)
Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 (commensurate with experience)
We are a dynamic law firm specializing in construction litigation, representing developers, architects, and engineers. We are seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably more
Key Qualifications:
Licensed to practice in New York State (required)
Additional licenses in New Jersey or other states are a plus
At least 2 years of civil litigation experience, with a preference for candidates with more substantial experience
No newly-admitted attorneys will be considered for this role
Responsibilities:
Handle complex litigation matters related to construction law
Collaborate with a team of seasoned attorneys to represent clients in a variety of disputes
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Attend court appearances, depositions, and client meetings as needed
Work Schedule:
Expect to work in the office 4 days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely 1 day a week
