What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee CM projects for the general contractor
- Provide full job scope of Superintendent during commercial, institutional and multifamily construction projects
- Understand and implement design drawings
- Attend pre-construction, progress, and project meetings
- Maintain project safety, cleanliness, and appearance at all times
- Implement and monitor safety procedures following OSHA guidelines

What You Need for this Position
Related BS and/or at Least 3 Years of experience/knowledge of:
- Construction Management
- Subcontractor scheduling and look ahead
- OSHA protocols
- Commercial, healthcare, life sciences, residential / multifamily projects
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, P6, AutoCAD, MS Project a plus
