Inside Sales Executive

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Executive to drive sales growth and enhance customer relationships in the printed circuit board (PCB) industry. The ideal candidate will utilize their skills in customer account management (CAM) and sales to effectively communicate product benefits and close sales deals, while also providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to clients in a timely manner.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related field, preferably in the PCB industry.
  • Strong understanding of customer account management (CAM) and sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with printed circuit board products and applications is essential.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
