Job Title: Senior Land Development Project Manager
Job Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Salary: $150k- $225k
Requirements: 15+ years of land development experience (residential and commercial), multiple years of experience in SW Florida, Florida PE License Required.
Position Overview:
The Land Development Project Manager will oversee and manage the planning and execution of land development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely completion. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage land development projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with civil engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to land development.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Conduct site inspections and manage the approval process with governmental agencies.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- 15 years of experience in land development and civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Florida land development regulations and processes.
- Experience in commercial construction projects is a plus.
