Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to oversee our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, particularly in warehouse and distribution projects, and will be skilled in managing change orders and scheduling effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Manage change orders and communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding any changes.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the construction process.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication with all team members.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Proficient in project management software and scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
