• Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Lead project meetings and communicate progress to team members and clients.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of drywall installation and systems.
• Familiarity with acoustical ceilings and fireproofing techniques is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
