Project Manager - Civil

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams in developing plans, specifications, and cost estimates
- Manage communications with clients and teaming partner firms
- Oversee site engineering design for buildings and parking
- Design street improvements and pavement rehabilitation
- Develop rough and precise grading plans
- Conduct storm design and drainage calculations
- Design potable and reclaimed waterlines
- Design sewer pipes and flood control improvements
- Plan freeway and interchange improvements
- Coordinate utility specifications and permit processing
- Provide construction support
- Plan and execute projects, ensuring financial success
- Engage in business development and proposal preparation
Qualifications
- Knowledge of public works and DoD agency processes
- Familiarity with Uniform Facilities Criteria (UFC) and Uniform Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Bluebeam, and SPECSINTACT
Education & Experience:
- PE license required (California preferred)
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an accredited college (ABET)
- Minimum of 10 years of civil engineering experience
- Experience with DoD agencies is a plus
- Master's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is a plus
